Platzhalter in E-Mails personalisieren die Kommunikation mit deinen Gästen. Folgende Platzhalter stehen dir ab sofort im Platzhalter-Manager zur Verfügung:

• %participantInfo%: Platzhalter für Teilnehmerinformationen ohne Anmeldeinformationen (Zusatzfragen)

• %participantRegInfo%: Platzhalter für die Anmeldeinformationen (Zusatzfragen) ohne die Teilnehmerinformationen

• %partnerAnswers%: Platzhalter für die Anmelde- und Teilnehmerinformationen von der Begleitperson, ohne den Hauptteilnehmer

• %totalNumberOfParticipants%: Dieser Platzhalter fügt die Anzahl der angemeldeten Teilnehmern einer Anmeldung ein

• %participantInvoiceDownload%: Dieser Platzhalter fügt einen Link in die E-Mail ein, mit dem der Gast seine Rechnung als PDF herunterladen kann

Placeholders in e-mails personalize the communication with your guests. The following placeholders are now available in the Placeholder Manager:

• %participantInfo%: Placeholder for participant details without registration information (extra questions)

• %participantRegInfo%: Placeholder for the registration information (extra questions) without the participant details

• %partnerAnswers%: Placeholder for guest registration information and details, without the main participant

• %totalNumberOfParticipants%: This placeholder inserts the number of registered participants of a registration

• %participantInvoiceDownload%: To provide every recipient the link for downloading their own bill
