Define your moderator(s)

A moderator's job is basically to lead the webevent. He is responsible for granting participants audio/video rights, answering messages and guiding them through the event.

To choose your moderator(s), follow these steps:

  1. Open the menu item "Participants" in the evenito tool under "Guest Management".
  2. Select the preferred person, who will participate in the event as a moderator and click on the edit pen icon on the right.Bildschirmfoto_2020-05-07_um_15.43.33.png
  3. Activate the checkbox in front of "Webevent Moderator" on the bottom right of the participant mask.
  4. Confirm with "Save".

The assigned moderator automatically receives all session permissions during the webevent (e. g. audio and video rights, administration of presentation media, etc.).
