A moderator's job is basically to lead the webevent. He is responsible for granting participants audio/video rights, answering messages and guiding them through the event.
To choose your moderator(s), follow these steps:
- Open the menu item "Participants" in the evenito tool under "Guest Management".
- Select the preferred person, who will participate in the event as a moderator and click on the edit pen icon on the right.
- Activate the checkbox in front of "Webevent Moderator" on the bottom right of the participant mask.
- Confirm with "Save".
The assigned moderator automatically receives all session permissions during the webevent (e. g. audio and video rights, administration of presentation media, etc.).
