Recording

You can record your webevent. The recording is a standard MP4 video file with a resolution of 720P.

Set duration of recording

Click on "recording" and set the required recording time (30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours). Confirm your selection with "Start" - the recording starts.

Please note: it can take up to 3 minutes before the recording starts. Once the recording is initialized and started, you and your participants will be notified.

Extend/stop recording

The recording stops automatically after the set duration. 2 minutes before the end of the recording, the moderator is asked whether the recording time should be extended by 30 minutes.

Alternatively, you can end the recording before the set duration has expired. To do so, click on the recording display in the menu bar and stop recording in the pop-up window using the "Stop recording" button.
