There may be quality fluctuations in your internet connection/your provider, or your company's network may be blocking the connection.
Alternatively, create a hotspot with your phone. We'll show you how to do this below:
Create iPhone hotspot:
- Open the settings on your iPhone
- Select "Personal Hotspot"
- Activate "Allow access for others".
- Set an appropriate password under "WLAN password”
- On your computer, select your iPhone as your new network
- Enter the password you have previously defined and click on "connect".

Create Android hotspot
Taking Samsung as an example:
- Open the "Mobile Hotspot" in "settings".
- Click on "Mobile Hotspot and Tethering"
- Activate "Mobile Hotspot”
- Set a password
- Select your mobile device on your PC/Mac as the new network
- Enter the password you have previously set and click on "connect".

Taking Huawei as an example:
- Go to your settings and click on "wireless & networks”
- Select "Tethering & portable hotspot”
- Click on "Portable Wi-Fi hotspot” and activate it
- Select your mobile device on your computer as the new network and click on "connect".

WIFI-Adapter in power saving mode
The loading time to enter the room is longer than usual or your computer kicks you out of the webevent?
Solution for (Windows 10)
Your WIFI driver may be switched off as your system has energy saving settings activated.
- Click the start button (Windows icon) at the bottom left of your desktop
- Enter "device manager" in the search field and open it
- Scroll down to "Network Adapter" and open your WIFI driver with a double click.
- Select the "Power Management" tab and remove the tick in the checkbox next to "Computer can switch off the device to sleep mode".
- Confirm with "OK".
