Email delivery does not work

There are basically three reasons why the sending of emails does not work despite activated mail (and activated event): 

  1. An email address is not stored and therefore the guest is not selected.
  2. The email domain has not been verified by evenito. This means that if you want to enter your own email address or the address of your company (e.g. as the sender, you must first have it verified by evenito Support.
  3. The sender email address you entered is wrong. Sometimes a space at the end or an additional dot can lead to the fact that the dispatch was not triggered. In the "Edit email" tab, check the "Sender email" column again. 

Sometimes it can also happen that a larger dispatch of another evenito customer temporarily delays the delivery. If the above three points are correct, it is sometimes worth waiting half an hour.
