The following points must be observed in a photo reportage: 


  1. Set up an event and add a program (under Contents & Pages). The program does not necessarily have to be activated. The system creates the folders for the photos from the program items. 
  2. Upload participant list, if not already in the system
  3. Photographers deposit at "Photos" > "Photographers" (if with Nametags/Live-Upload) 
  4. Nametag App: Select event and synchronize participant list. Check whether Photographer is displayed.
  5. Either tag directly at the event or afterwards (if with nametags).
  6. Publish pictures & put photo gallery online now at the latest
  7. If necessary, send an email to the guests with the personal photos during the publishing or after the event.
